• 2 days before departure: 30% of the total tour price
• 1 day before departure: 50% of the total tour price
• On the departure day: 100% of the total tour price (non-refundable)

To secure your reservation, we require a 20% deposit of the total booking value through PayPal.

• To confirm all bookings, a 20% deposit is required via PayPal, credit card (with a 3% fee), or cash at our office.
• Full payment can be made via Wise Transfer or bank transfer in VND to a Vietnamese account.
• The final payment must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled day trip, payable by cash (ATM conveniently located near our office) or credit card (with a 3% fee) at our office located at 41 Trần Hưng Đạo, Hội An.
• We accept cash payments in VND, USD, EUR, AUD

• Children aged 1 to 4 years old are free of charge.
• Children aged 5 to 9 years old receive a 50% discount.
