BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation due to bad weather is free of charge. For other cancellations, the following fees apply:
 
  • 2 days before departure: 30% of the total tour price
  • 1 day before departure: 50% of the total tour price
  • On the departure day: 100% of the total tour price (non-refundable)

2. ONLINE BOOKING

To secure your reservation, we require a 25% deposit of the total booking value through PayPal.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept cash payments (VND, USD, EUR, AUD) at our office before the departure day.

4. CHILDREN DISCOUNTS

For snorkeling trips only:
 
  • Children aged 1 to 4 years old are free of charge.
  • Children aged 5 to 9 years old receive a 50% discount.
