1. CANCELLATION

• Due to bad weather: No charge
• 2 days before departure: charge 30% amount of tour booked
• 1 day before departure: charge 50% amount of tour booked
• On the departure day: charge full 100% amount of tour booked/ Non – refundable.

2. ONLINE BOOKING POLICY

25% of total booking value required to secure your reservation through Pay Pal.

3. ADDITIONAL CHARGES/PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Cash (VND,USD,EUR,AUD) accepted at our office before departure day.
• Visa Card/ Master Card (3% bank charge) or American Express (4% bank Charge). Office only
• Additional transfer costs apply for Hotels situated outside of Hoi An (e.g. Resorts in Da Nang)

4. DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN

For Snorkeling trips only

1 – 4 years old: Free of Charge
5 – 9 years old: Half Price
